Biokimia export division: Full speed ahead!
Biokimia has already started negotiations to identify local partners suitable to distribute Biokimia’s specialty fertilisers in South America; in particular three of the most interesting production areas have been chosen: Brazil, one of the BRICS countries that in the last decade has been awarded as the most dynamic country in regards to investment in innovation and environmental respect for agriculture. It has a variability of climates and crops and therefore Biokimia will have the opportunity to offer a consistent number of specialities that are already available in the catalogue, as well as newly created products, specifically tailored to the needs of the country. Peru, another emerging country, for some time specialized in some high value crops that are already sold worldwide, has developed a very specialized and advanced agriculture over the years and is a perfect context for the use of some of Biokimia’s more technical products. Chile, for some time has been affirmed in the agricultural world as leaders for fruit and wine grape crops and will give Biokimia the opportunity to work on improving fruit quality with a selection of very specific products.
Even in Sub-Saharan Africa Biokimia is taking its first steps in two countries: Zambia and Angola. Zambia, a country mainly related to the production of cotton and other vegetable crops is reported by several international analysts as the African country most affected by a strong economic growth. Here it will be possible to confront more extensive crops that are also interesting for progressive development from a technical point of view. Angola has been interestingly stabilizing its growth rate interest during the last few years. For it’s most important crop, coffee, a targeted fertilising programme has been developed with some special products for improving production and quality results.
Dr. Zamboni and Dr. Fonti’s partnership is literally taking “flight”.
