Characteristics and nutritional targets

A liquid formulation based on seaweed and amino acids derived from enzymatic hydrolysed soybean cake.
The potassium content, deriving from formate, is physiologically acid and therefore can be easily up taken by the plants.
Alga Stim L. is enriched with laevorotatory amino acids that are much more active than the chemically hydrolysed dextrorotatory amino acids. Thanks to the biological-nutritive ingredient properties it has a bio-activating and regulating action on the plants metabolism. The vegetative and reproductive tissues will be turgid with reinforced resistance against stress caused by adverse environmental conditions and parasitical attacks.
Alga Stim L. intensifies cell multiplication and consequently induces improved distention. It guarantees a suitable balance between the vegetative and reproductive phases.
Alga Stim L. improves plant and blossom development, increases fruit setting, increases fruit size and improves their qualitative characteristics (sugar content, colour, consistency, shelf life,…).

Methods of application and dosages

Fruit trees (drupaceous, pomaceae, kiwi, wine and table grape, small fruit): by foliar application from fruit setting up to colour changing 2-3 applications with a dosage of 1.5-2 l/ha.
Wine and table grape: by foliar application during the pre-forming small bunch phase ( 4-5 cm), to be repeated after seven days with a dosage of 1.5-2 l/ha; after complete petal fall (table grape varieties and in compacted bunch varieties like Pinot wine grape) with a dosage of 2.5 l/ha.
Horticultural crops (melon, water melon, tomato, pepper, eggplant, squash, leaf vegetables, IV range lettuce, strawberry and carrot): by foliar application during the whole cycle with 4-5 applications with a dosage of 1.5-2 l/ha.
Potato, onion and open field horticultural corps (cauliflower, white cabbage,…): by foliar application in cases of adverse environmental conditions and/or during parasitical attacks that cause plant stress, with a dosage of 1.5-2 l/ha.
Flower and ornamental crops: by foliar application to be repeated during the whole cycle with a dosage of 100-150 ml/hl.

It is advisable to use 5001000 l of water per hectare to optimize product distribution, but the product may also be used at higher concentrations.

During fruit growth it is advisable to mix Alga Stim L. with a dosage of 0.5-1 l together with a product from our Phytoammina range or with Nitrocal Mg + micro.

may also by used in fertigation systems with a dosage of 8-10 l/ha.


The product can be mixed with other formulates, except those containing copper, but it is always advisable to make a small mixing essay to test compatibility.
