Analysis method for phosphorous content
To analyse the phosphorous content in Phos-Phytos Rame L., expressed in phosphorous pentoxide P2O5 the IPC (Ion-pair chromatography) or LC (liquid chromatography using a hypercarb column) method should be used.
Characteristics and nutritional targets
A liquid formulation containing copper phosphite, obtained through reaction, high assimilation by root and leaf tissues which promptly transfer via sap flow system.
The form of phosphorous in the formulation improves assimilation of the nutrients it is associated with, guaranteeing uptake even in cases of sap flow interruption caused by fungal diseases or physiological alterations (vasodilatory action).
It aids and enhances the action of the fungicides it is associated with, improving plant healthiness. Thanks to the presence of copper it induces the chlorophyll synthesis and increases dry matter and sugar production.
Methods of application and dosages
Fruit trees (citrus, apple, pear, drupaceous,): by foliar application from reawakening up to fruit swelling, 3-4 applications with a dosage of 2-2.5 l/ha (avoid applications in blossoming), or by fertigation with a dosage of 8-10 l/ha.
Grapes: by foliar application during the whole cycle, 4-6 applications with a dosage of 2-2.5 l/ha in association with all most commonly used pesticides.
Strawberry, melon, water melon, tomato, potato, eggplant, pepper, cabbage: by foliar application during the whole productive cycle with a dosage of 1-1.5 l/ha (avoid applications in blossoming), or by fertigation system with a dosage of 1 l per 1,000 m2.
Flowers and nursery: by foliar application with a dosage of 80 ml/100 litres of water or by fertigation system with a dosage of 8-10 ml per m2.
It is advisable to use 500-1,000 l of water per hectare to optimize product distribution but the product can also be used with higher concentrations.
The product can be mixed with the most commonly used pesticides and herbicides, except for copper based products. It is always advisable to make small a mixing essay to test compatibility.
